Print books: Due to the personalization, all sales are final with the exception of the books being damaged in shipping. In the case of shipping damage, please send a photo to email@example.com with 24 hours of delivery so I can replace your item as quickly as possible. If the order was books with old covers, the order may have to be refunded due to the limited availability of the product.
Ebooks: All sales are final with the exception of duplicate orders. A refund can only be made it the digital file has not been downloaded by the purchaser. Bookfunnel’s customer service will help with any technical difficulties or questions. Their contact information is in the delivery email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strive to ship your items with 5 business days from receipt, but this can vary. Your order may be delayed if stock runs out or due to unusual events. Our goal is to ship the item as soon as possible.
You should receive a confirmation email once the order is placed. Please check your junk or spam folder if you did not receive one.
Shipping methods offered on the products may vary at different times between flat rate, First Class, or media mail. Your order will be shipped with the shipping method included in your purchase. If your purchase included media mail, no additional promotional materials will be included with the book. The length of delivery of your items will depend on shipping type and your location.
We do our best to ensure each item is protected in shipping. Damages may still occur. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy in the event a damaged product is received.
